RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We accept exchanges on any of our garments!
Please read the following requirements to proceed with the process.
If you have received a product with a noticeable factory defect or an error in the selected product, you will receive a replacement at no extra cost.
You may exchange for a different color and/or size of the product, choosing models of equal or higher price (with payment of the price difference) subject to availability. Products must be in perfect condition, without damage, stains, wear, or signs of use, with the brand tag and original packaging intact. Otherwise, PARALIA reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
In the case of refunds, shipping costs are borne by the customer, while shipping costs for the new model are covered by PARALIA using standard shipping, in case the product was originally sent damaged or incorrectly.
Refunds are issued only as store credit with a coupon for the product value, excluding shipping costs. The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. For a complete return, PARALIA must receive the package in perfect condition and you will be notified of the coupon code.
How do I proceed with an exchange?
You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. Requests beyond this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To initiate an exchange, please send an email to paralia.bw@gmail.com with attached photos of the product to assess its condition and facilitate the return process.
Please note:
- Returns will not be processed until the product has been received at our facilities and its condition evaluated.
- No cash refunds will be issued; instead, customers will receive a gift card to use towards a new purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: Callejón de los Mosqueteros 4173, Col. San Wenceslao, Zapopan Jalisco. CP. 45110. Mexico.
Once the package is sent, please notify us via email with the attached tracking number and your contact phone number to paralia.bw@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the package, we will re-evaluate its condition and provide follow-up on the exchange or return via email or phone.
Discounted Products
Discounted products can be exchanged or returned once photos are received and their condition evaluated. You will receive the aforementioned coupon for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Don't worry! We strive to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at paralia.bw@gmail.com so we can promptly review your case and provide the best solution.
